By tapping into the $180 billion a year Direct Selling industry (aka Multi Level Marketing (MLM) or Network Marketing industry) we redirect millions of dollars to our non profit, for profit and community partners.

 

Here's how it works: We own several Home Based Micro Franchises(TM) from many different Direct Sales companies. Through our franchises, we offer major name brand products and services to consumers and, businesses, non profits and community / government organizations at significant discounts.

 

We offer everything from cash back programs of up to 65% at hundreds of major retailers and manufacturers, to comprehensive financial services for both individuals and companies, to discounts on telecommunication services (cell phone, internet, cable etc...) We offer programs that can provide free utilities to qualified residential, corporate and non profit customers along with other products and services specifically designed to reduce cost and increase revenue for companies both large and small (payroll and merchant account processing for example). We also offer marketing and advertising tools for companies to promote themselves to a broader market to reach more potential customers. (check out some of our partners here).

 

We broker revenue sharing agreements between our micro franchises and businesses in the community, local charities / non profits, and local school districts, along with state and local governments. We generate revenue for our Micro Franchises by utilizing our ongoing sales and marketing campaigns, along with our training and development programs which in turn generates revenue for the businesses, communities and non profits we partner with.

Each Direct Sales company we've invested in has been in business for at least 10 years. They each have an "A" rating or better with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and each is a member in good standing with the Direct Selling Association (DSA), a non profit regulatory body of the Direct Selling industry founded in 1910. Magazine and The Wall Street Journal, and have received numerous awards from prestigious organizations such as J.D. Power & Associates, Ernst & Young, the US Chamber of Commerce, and many more.

Our commitment to rebuilding communities begin with the individual. That means, by definition, every individual. To that end, we created a program that provides pathways for the groups of people that face the greatest barriers to work such as veterans, the disabled, the recently incarcerated, the chronically poor, and single parent families. We give them an opportunity to earn money with us either through traditional employment through our property management company, or through social entrepreneurship through one of our Home Based Micro Franchises(TM).
