"Doing Well by Doing Good" is our mission statement. We believe it's our responsibility, and our duty as a company, to not just do"well", but in fact do"good". It's part of our DNA. Our company was founded for the specific purpose of rebuilding communities beginning with the individual. In order for any community to function in a healthy and sustainable way, basic needs at every level must be fulfilled. At D. Well & Associates, we address those needs in ways that benefits everyone. From the most disadvantaged groups of people in the community (and their support systems), to the largest corporations, and every group in between... We have the solutions.

IT'S WHAT WE DO

We bring traditional employment opportunities and Home Based Microfranchising(TM) together with charities, non profits and communities to create a symbiotic relationship that promotes economic growth, reductions in unemployment, establishes new, sustainable funding sources for charities and non profits and increased revenue for local and state governments while simultaneously reducing income disparity, reducing poverty, and reducing the reliance on tax revenue to fund schools and government services. We're currently working to implement our revitalization program in struggling communities. Our plan is to reach out to communities across Pennsylvania and ultimately nationwide. The more communities we help revitalize, the more revenue we can generate for each community.
