Bill Bailey 

Founder and President

 

Bill has extensive experience in both the Direct Selling and conventional marketing industries. Since 1990 he has produced hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales for several Direct Selling and traditional marketing companies. He's also been a top recruiter in the Pittsburgh region for the past several years. 

 

In addition to his Direct Sales experience, Bill has also been very active with several non profit organizations over the years including serving as President of a local chapter of a national non profit organization for two years ('06 - '08) and Vice President for RAMP, a local non profit, since 2008.

 

Mr. Bailey attended Edinboro University majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics.

 

 

Frederick A. Massey Jr.

Consultant

 

Frederick is a certified public accountant and the former Chief Executive Officer of Familylinks, Inc., a $20 million human services agency that provides integrated family-centered services focused on behavioral, social, and developmental health issues.

 

Prior to his employment at Familylinks, Inc., he has held many senior management positions at UPMC McKeesport, Southwood Psychiatric Hospital, and Holy Family Institute.

 

He received his Bachelor of

Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Duquesne University.

Leah R. Gray

Consultant

Leah has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Three Rivers Center for Independent Living (TRCIL), an organization that serves thousands of people with disabilities throughout Western Pennsylvania. TRCIL provides core services to their constituents along with additional services and programs

 

Leah also spent a total of three years as Deputy Director and then Chief Administrative Officer of Tri County Patriots for Independent Living (TRIPIL) located in Washington Pa. 

 

Ms. Gray has a BS in Business Management and Accounting from Edinboro University and an MBA in Sports Marketing from Robert Morris University.
